Pre heat oven to 350 Deg F.
Take graham crackers in a food processor and pulse it. Add Melted butter or honey or Maple syrup and pulse it to form crumbled texture.
Take a baking tray. You can line it foil or just grease it.Pour the crumbled graham cookies to the baking tray and press it tight.
Bake this in pre heated oven fro 15 minutes.After 15 minutes take out the graham layers and let it cool for 15 minutes.
In the mean time, mash the bananas.Once the graham layers is cooled down, pour the mashed banana over it and spread it even.
Add required chocolate chips. Here I’m not restricting you to use fixed quantity. So go generous (lol).Top it with roasted Shredded Coconut.
Again bake it for 30 minutes.When done take out from the oven and let it cool.
Once cooled down completely, cut it into squares and serve.Can be refrigerated in air tight container for 2 weeks.
